Product Description Pneumatic Rubber Fender with Chain Tyres and Net Yokohama floating Marine boat pneumatic Rubber Fender was based on rubber technology for automotive tires and rubber aircraft fuel tanks. Our fenders are used to protect ships and mooring facilities even when excess load is applied. We can prove different sizes available for various ship-to-ship and ship-to-shore.    The main part of our fenders are made up of outer rubber, card layers, inner rubber and flange opening, therefore they can resist ultraviolet radiation and seawater corrosion with high hardness, high toughness and long life. We use the highest quality flange opening with the function of explosion proof. Our advanced technology, sophisticated production, to ensure product’s quality and customers’ interests.      The cord laryers we produced are using polyamide fibre, 3 ply which can extend the fender’s life.   Features of our pneumatic floating fenders:  Fully compliant with ISO 17357 standard, manufacture with mould, difference with traditional hand-make product.  Diameters ranging from 300 mm to 4500 mm and length ranging from 500 mm to 1200 mm  Standard colours gray and black  Constructed with an inner rubber layer, reinforcing cord layers and outer rubber layer  Comprehensively tested for material and hydrostatic pressure irregularities  Correctly evaluated for angular and durability performance  Clearly marked with all relevant identification  Complete with up-to-date certification  Available in a variety of sizes  Thick outer skin supercedes that of a noemal surface fender  Fitted safety valve for fenders of 2.5m diameter upwards  PERFORMANCE TABLE OF FENDERS
